About Prineville Premier Soccer

This registration form helps us gather all the information we need to place players on teams and prepare for the upcoming season.

This form is ONLY for players born in the years , 2016, 2017, 2018, & 2019. 

Once we have enough players signed up, we will send out an email inviting players to confirm their spot with a player deposit:

    •    $200 for the Spring season

    •    $350 for Spring + Fall season

In addition:

    •    A monthly training fee of $75 is due on the first of each training month.

    •    There is a $220 uniform fee (uniforms are good for two years*).

*Uniforms are on a two year cycle, current uniform will be good through fall 2026)
